The Change Arc is entering a new phase. Over the last three years we have grown steadily and built a reputation for helping leaders, places and organisations build influence and deliver impact in the real world. Our work sits at the intersection of politics, civic renewal and business, and the demand for what we do is rising.

As we prepare for the next chapter, we want to broaden our network and connect with people who feel energised by the kind of work we deliver. This is not a recruitment round in the traditional sense. It is an invitation to start a conversation.

Who we want to hear from

People join us in different ways depending on their stage of life and career. If any of the following feels familiar, we would be keen to speak. You might be:

How we work

Our core team is based in Manchester city centre, although location is not a barrier. Many of our collaborators work remotely or on a blended basis. What matters most is alignment, energy and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the work.

We expect to expand our team and partner network in early 2026. Opening this invitation now helps us connect with the right people ahead of that moment.
