Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (FTE) depending on experience

The Low-Down on the Role
In this varied position, you’ll plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborating closely with our internal strategy, advisory, digital teams, and third-party suppliers, you’ll ensure a seamless experience for our partner clients across multiple projects.

As a key contact for our client partners, you’ll get to know their needs and work to ensure that relationships are continually developed and strengthened. You’ll monitor and report on partner satisfaction and project health metrics, helping us hit deadlines while delivering exceptional value to our partners.

With the opportunity to carve out your own niche—whether in data analytics, research, insight, event planning, or developing new products to market—you’ll be at the forefront of our agency’s growth. Plus, as we rebrand and ramp up our marketing efforts, you’ll play a key role in kickstarting our own content projects.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a creative flair and a hunger to think and do things differently. You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit to our startup environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:
A proven track record of multitasking and managing projects with excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
Experience with project management and CRM software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, HubSpot) is essential.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, or 3+ years of experience in similar project management and/or customer success roles.
A comfort with data and digital reporting, and an eye for detail.

A team player who is willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into broader areas of our business, including events, digital marketing, training and development, and strategy work.

Above all, you’ll be a good communicator, influencer, problem solver, and juggler!
