The Change Arc is pleased to welcome Hannah Lazell as a Senior Associate.

As the organisation’s work continues to grow with political and civic leaders across the UK, Hannah joins bringing over seventeen years’ experience across Parliament, local government and political advisory roles.

Hannah has worked closely with senior political leaders, councillors and council leaders, developing deep practical insight into political decision-making, devolution and leadership in complex institutional environments.

She previously worked in Parliament with Shabana Mahmood MP, now Home Secretary, before serving as a Political Advisor to Harriet Harman MP. Hannah later worked as a Political and Legislative Advisor in the House of Lords, before spending seven years in the Local Government Association’s Labour Group office, supporting councillors and council leaders in their roles as civic leaders and community champions.

At The Change Arc, Hannah will contribute to work supporting political and civic leaders to strengthen leadership, navigate complex environments and translate ambition into practical delivery.
