We're delighted to welcome Rob Walsh OBE as a Senior Associate.
Rob brings more than two decades of public service leadership, including eleven years as Chief Executive of North East Lincolnshire Council. During that time he helped secure significant national investment, championed integrated public services, played a leading role in the Greater Lincolnshire devolution agenda, and built trusted partnerships across local government, health, business and the voluntary sector. Earlier this year, he was awarded an OBE for services to local government.
What particularly excites us is Rob's approach to leadership. Throughout his career he has consistently focused on bringing people together, building trust across organisational boundaries and creating the conditions for others to succeed, values that sit at the heart of The Change Arc.
