We believe deeply that real change is sparked by those daring to stand out from the crowd and defy convention.
To support that, we knew we needed to rethink the traditional agency model too.
So, in 2022, The Change Arc was born.
Our vision was to break down the silos between strategy, communications and leadership support so we could help partners move faster and with more confidence.
Combining decades of leadership, communications and marketing experience, we created a space for joined-up thinking that helps partners get clear, build trust and move ideas into action.
As a strategic impact agency, we help build clarity, influence and impact.
The Change Arc is shaped by a small team with big belief in the work that matters.
Maddy helps partners translate complex ideas into clear, compelling communications that resonate with the audiences who matter most. Working closely with clients and coordinating across The Change Arc’s extended network of specialists, she ensures messages are well crafted, well timed and delivered where they can have real influence. Her calm organisation and strong relationships make her a trusted partner in shaping and delivering communications that support meaningful change.
Hannah brings over seventeen years’ experience working across Parliament, local government and political advisory roles. She has worked closely with senior political leaders, councillors and council leaders, developing deep practical insight into political decision-making, devolution and leadership in complex institutional environments. At The Change Arc, Hannah supports political and civic leaders to strengthen strategic judgement, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and translate ambition into practical delivery.
Zoey brings The Change Arc’s ideas to life through thoughtful and carefully crafted design. Working across branding, print and digital, she helps translate complex messages into clear visual identities that resonate with audiences. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail ensure that design strengthens the stories our partners want to tell.
Dionne keeps the back office of The Change Arc running smoothly, making sure the day-to-day financial and operational detail is handled with care, accuracy and efficiency. Her work helps keep everything organised and on track, giving the team the support they need to focus on delivering great work.
Paul is a long-standing civic leader with extensive experience across the public, charitable and community sectors. He has chaired a number of civic institutions spanning arts, culture, sport and business, guiding organisations through periods of change while helping them stay rooted in the communities they serve. Paul brings a deep understanding of local governance, place leadership and community development, and a practical perspective on how civic institutions can strengthen places and improve people’s lives.
Maisie supports The Change Arc’s event and communications activity, helping ensure events run smoothly and audiences are well supported. A final year Business and Marketing student at Manchester Metropolitan University, she brings energy, creativity and a hands on approach to delivery. Maisie has already supported major partner events, helping coordinate logistics, capture content and create a positive experience for participants.

He works with MPs, civic leaders, campaigners and organisations to design practical, locally rooted approaches to rebuilding trust and leadership in places under pressure. Drawing on his own entrepreneurial journey and lived experience, Rob brings a grounded perspective to questions of leadership, legitimacy and civic renewal.
